mobile data on my Moto e5 Plus not working

[Android Central Question]

I had to do a factory reset on my Motorola and now my mobile data on it is acting weird, saying that it's working when in reality it isn't. I've looked everywhere for a solution only to get an urge to pull my hair out. if I could get some help that be great.
