I have an HTC desire 612 does not turn on at all. I already send it for repair but they said it is something in the mother board that is broken. is there a software I can use to recover my information?

    Thank you.

I honestly wouldn't have sent a 6 year-old phone running Android 4.4 for repair. No matter what the repair is it's just not worth it. If the phone won't boot, you'd have to have the tools and skill to remove the soldered storage chips and put them in another board in order to recover the data.

I'll use a line a former co-worker used. If your data is that important, you can recover it from your backup. If you had no backup then it wasn't really THAT important or critical, was it?

Welcome to Android Central! In general, you'd need a data recovery specialist to recover data from a dead phone, which can cost hundreds of dollars.
