Can't be done. That's what makes it S E C U R E. Otherwise it might as well be just another folder on the device.

If I'm not mistaken just clearing the cache and data will allow you set it up again, but you may have to factory reset the device...?

Welcome to Android Central! In general, for features like this, you have to do a factory reset to reset the hidden apps/private space password.
