Hello, I have a Samsung galaxy A51 and Verizon is my provider. My phone recently notified me that it was downloading the new Samsung 11.0 update. After the update when my phone restarted I immediately started getting an error that says "SIM card is not from Verizon Wireless" and lost all cell service (but can still connect to wi-fi). I tried turning my phone off and on, taking the sim card out and putting it back in (it is indeed a Verizon sim card), clearing the cache, and resetting the network settings but nothing has worked and I am still getting the error and unable to get cell service! Any help would be really appreciated!

Welcome to Android Central! I'd contact Verizon and see if they can send you a replacement SIM.
