Full Screen on launch

[Android Central Question]

Using OneUi 3.1, try launching Settings fresh, and the word "Settings" takes up almost half of the screen. You need to scroll down to have a full screen of it. Any workarounds on this?

That's how One UI is ,which Samsung you have ?
