Cannot pay for my shopping on line

I've shopped online for years but last year, when I came to the final payment, an oblong emoji with a sad face appeared and I couldn't pay. I've been in touch with my bank and Tesco and the both blame each other.

Do you get any kind of error in addition to the emoji? Is this using an Android device? Have you tried another device?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using Google Pay? Or did you have your credit card or other payment information saved in your Tesco account in the cloud?

Have you tried another method of payment? Possible that website you trying to make the purchase is having troubles
