How to get my stolen phone switched over to another phone

My phone was stolen and I just put minutes on it I'm trying to get it switched to another phone how do I go about doing that or see where it's located

Contact your carrier. You haven't told us which carrier you have so we can't direct you to the help page for your carrier to give you an idea as to how to do that.
