Android phone SD card query [UMX693]]

[Android Central Question]

Looking for guidance with regard to memory pairing of the UMX693.

Would want 256Gb and possibly higher.

Welcome to Android Central! SD cards are best used for storage of media file and documents. You can't use them to install apps to (unless the phone supports Adoptable Storage, which is unlikely for that phone -- and besides, Adoptable Storage is generally not recommended due to the unreliable nature of SD cards).

It's hard to find any information, but the best I could find is that the phone is only rated for a 32 GB SD card at the most. This doesn't always mean that it absolutely can't support a larger card, but there is more chance that the card won't work, or there might be more glitchiness.
