HI my samsung a5 2017 rings on notification.

I should answer it hard by little button on notification. thank you inadvance. I did rest factory my phone. I was okay for 3 week. after that it has broke again.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that when an app gives a notification, you hear a long ringtone instead of a short notification tone?
