My old carrier unlocked my phone but its still locked

[Android Central Question]

I got boost to unlock device to use qlink.....but I've rest network twice still saying invalid sim and to call sprint....I was told to call u guys so u can fix it but the number u give out doesnt allow for us 2 talk?!?!?
HELP PLEASE

Hi, we are not affiliated with any carrier unlock service or manufacturer , this a Android community Forums . I would try to reach out to the carrier that unlocked it.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact phone model you have? Have you already asked Q Link for a replacement SIM, in case the one you have is bad?
