    Hi I am getting the Google unusual traffic dection message again when I was searching something. It saying possible malware am now worried this is the case. Could I get some advice on what could be causing it. Also it happened this morning I was not using phone for 5 hours before and cookies are turned off. Malwarebytes ain't picking nothing up

    It can be hard to pinpoint that. Read through the Lifewire article. You don't have to be constantly searching in order for that to come up.

    Could It be being a mobile network dynamic ip that it was a previous person who had ip had blocked it

    Did this happen after a search using the Google app, or using a browser? If the latter, which browser?

    Do you have any 3rd party security apps installed? Are you using a VPN?

    I looked on what is my ip address and said it was blacklisted on one site. The ip has now changed and seems to have stopped again and I have malwarebytes installed did do a search and nothing came up

    Also browser and chrome

    It's happened again but different wording but also yesterday had a couple pop up if I visited certain sites but the pop up have gone since I deleted and reinstalled chrome app

    4g Cell phone mobile data. If I blocked all cookies nothing comes up

    It can be hard to figure out what might be responsible. It could be an app you installed, but in order to pinpoint it, you'd probably have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away which can be tedious.

    Oh ok so does it sound like malware, all the apps i have installed came from Google play store and are professional apps. Malwarebytes is coming back clear

    No, not malware in that I don't think anything is trying to steal your data. But some apps can have inappropriate code that might do something like click automatically on ads, which is ad fraud. That might potentially cause activity that Google regards as suspicious.

    Yes, I think you're safe. But if this keeps happening, it's still worth trying to identify any culprit app, since it could potentially bog the system down.
