My Galaxy S20's Bluetooth no longer pairs

[Android Central Question]

It started about a week or so ago, around the time of the last update. Bluetooth can see devices fine, but fails to pair. If there is supposed to be a pop-up window showing a PIN number, it doesn't pop up. I've tried resetting the network/Bluetooth, rebooting, but nothing gets it working. I've read about wiping the cache, but I can't find or see the proper app on my phone. Any ideas?

For cache clear , power the phone off then hold power/volume up button's before device starts .

You can try safe mode to see if Bluetooth can pair.
