Hi, How do I track android phone screen lock and unlock events with date and time? I would like to know if someone has unlocked my phone screen

Lookout app probably could do this , put a pin/password or biometric so you dont have to worry about someone going into your phone .

Welcome to Android Central! Do you use a secure screen lock? If so, do you let other people know what your PIN/password/pattern is? If you care about the security of your phone and data, then you definitely need to use a secure screen lock with a PIN/password/pattern that is hard or impossible to guess. And you definitely should not be sharing that PIN/password/pattern with anyone else. I you follow those two guidelines, then as mustang7757 said, you won't have to worry about this.
