Blue Tooth

When connecting to Blue tooth devices,It wants access to parts of your phone i.e media which is understandable. Then you have contacts and others. If I leave this permissions on for that device can that device be accessed by anyone ?

Just curious,Noticed setting permissions change depending on Bluetooth device.
