How is my ex-girlfriend tracking my phone when my location is shut off

With my location shut off my ex girlfriend still knows exactly where I am. We both have Samsung phones I'm not sure what model hers is but mine is an a10e.

Check your Google Maps setting and make sure Sharing is turned off.

Check your connected devices,It's in your Google account settings under security manage devices.
Then look at your people & sharing settings just scroll access. Delete,change or view anything you want.
