Can't change Text to Speech output

Redmi Note 4 SD, MIUI 11 (Global 11.0.2)

I can install any TTS engine, but I can't select it in text to speech output, not working. When I try select some other engine on the list, nothing is happening, so I cannot select the default TTS. This bug occurred on MIUI 11.
And some other users have this problem too with MIUI 11... Redmi 4x, Note 6 Pro.

Can this be fixed without install some other ROM?

My idea was if I delete all engines, and install just one, system will use that engine as default one.
I can't remove Google TTS bulit in, I tried with ADB / Fastboot Simple Tool, but Google TTS is not on the list.

Does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix this?

But, 4 years old phone I doubt they will release new update and fix this.
I can do roll back, or install some custom rom, but everything else is working OK so I'm looking some easy fix

My bad i thought it was andriod 11 but you mentioned global.11 , this app should update through play store , can u Uninstall like my screen shot in play store ?

No, problem
Yeah, Android 7 and MIUI 11 global.
I can unistall only updates, not app itself. Because it's system app, google bloatware.
I tried with ADB / Fastboot Simple Tool where I can unistall system apps, but I can't find Google TTS on that list.

If you uninstall the update and not let Google play store update it automatically does it work?

I can't do nothing with that app.

Gotcha , you would need root to Uninstall Google TTS
