Adshield constantly "preparing to start protection"

I have a Galaxy Tab A which has Adshield installed on it, but for some reason I have a constant/permanent notification from Adshield which says, "preparing to start protection... Please wait..." Anyone know how to fix this please?

Try to clear it's cache then force stop , if still same then clear data and force stop .
