My phone keeps restarting when i connect it to wi-fi, how do i fix it?

So my phone keeps restarting itself when connected to wifi and I can't fix it. My phone is an oppo A71 (2018) and it's un-updated, i was gonna update it but i can't connect to wifi, I've also deleted the apps I've installed. Can someone tell me how to fix it please?

Do you also have Bluetooth enabled when you're using WiFi?

Since you've already uninstalled the apps you put on it, and it's a 3 year old phone, it's really due for a factory reset. After the reset you'll probably be shocked at how good it works, and how many little issues get fixed.
