How do i fix my timeout lockscreen on my samsung a11?

[Android Central Question]

When I try to put my samsung a11 into sleep mode, the lock screen immediately comes back on. My phone won't sleep unless its on a charger. This happened right after I had to power on my phone pressing power and volume up buttons because it was stuck on the boot screen. Now my battery saps Hella quick, full battery gone in less than a half hour. How do I fix it? I've tried a full boot cache, resetting timeout to 15 sec, and nothing seems to work.

Try safe mode , maybe 3rd party app or application causing this.
