    I have a wallpaper that stays on my homescreen of frost around the outer edges of my phones screen,don't no how it got on there but can't figure out how to remove it. I have looked threw all apps and personal settings.

    Which phone ? Each phone manufacturer have different ways to get to wallpaper

    Welcome to Android Central! Long-press any empty part of the homescreen, then look for a Wallpaper option. Then try selecting a different wallpaper.
