Need to send updates to my RCA TABLET

App updates or OS updates? For OS updates you're not likely to find much from RCA, and as low-volume devices they likely don't get much love from XDA for custom ROMs. For app updates - if the device is not on a new enough version of Android you won't be able to use apps new enough to interact with their authentication.

What RCA tablet? What version of Android? What is your ultimate goal?

Welcome to Android Central! I would be EXTREMELY careful about where you get these updates. As hallux mentioned, budget devices like RCA generally never release official updates for their devices. If you find an update file somewhere on the web, you have to make sure it's an official update from RCA, and that it's for your exact model number. If it's for a different model number, you could brick the device. If it's not an official update file, then you could be installing some nice juicy malware instead.
