You're "barking up the wrong tree". Nobody here can act on such a request, or if they can they couldn't tell us. You need to contact the vendor/market from which you made your purchase in order to request a refund.
Knowing the capabilities of your devices and services you have available is part of being a responsible member of the world, you should have been aware of the requirements (through research) of the app or game prior to purchase in order to know if it would work for you. You not being aware of this information is not the fault of others.
