Where are these random audio file downloads coming from?

[Android Central Question]

About 3 times a day my phone will automatically download the same 12 audio files without my knowledge or permission. The files are called things like ''snappy.ogg'' and it's always the same 12 files several times a day. I have factory reset twice and it is still doing it. I also ran a scan with Malwarebytes and Avast and neither of them found anything wrong. Does anyone know what might be happening here?
