Skybell live camera view

Anyone else having trouble getting the live camera view to work with Samsung s20 note ultra 5g? Absolutely nothing has been found wrong with equipment or software. Hours of support talks...android says 'use the forum '. Samsung, alarm.com, t-mobile and ampsmart are all puzzled by the issue. Yes, reinstalled all software. Checked all settings, rebooted everything, Checked internet. Changed resolution. Had same issues with mobile banking, they contacted android to fix security issues. My camera also uses 256 encryption

S20 Ultra or Note 20 Ultra? So far as I know there is no S20 Note Ultra, though Samsung experts may be laughing at me for my ignorance. Given the right name, your thread can be moved to the appropriate forum.
