Hardware wise the Note 10 plus is nearly identical to the S10, primarily it's the screen and S Pen that differentiates them. Unless it's a cheap upgrade I wouldn't bother.
Note 20 Ultra is only a year old, SOC isn't as good as what's in the S21 series but it's still a great phone. If the sd card is an essential feature for you it's what I'd recommend.
