What is this ARTA thingy ?

I just noticed an ARTA app icon on the screen of my Samsung Galaxy A51 running Android 11, see screenshot. Absolutely no clue what this is and how it landed on my phone. When I click on it there are two options, "ARTA Presence" and "ARTA Callback", none of which make me any the wiser. I can't find it in the Play Store and wasn't able to find out what it's for. I wonder if it came along with one of the apps I recently downloaded (surrounding the icon).
Very obscure ! And of course, I cannot uninstall or even disable it..... Any ideas out there ?

Is this a work phone, or has it ever been a work phone?

Thanks Diddy ! And sorry for the late reply. Neither of these links look familiar. The icon I see is different too (see screenshot I added to the original post). This is a Samsung Galaxy A51 running Android 11, bought new, never been a work phone. I wonder if it came bundled with the last few apps I installed recently, as I had not noticed the icon before.

The icon looks like a SIM card, and the 1 may refer to dual SIM capability (i.e., it's an icon representing SIM1). "Presence" and "Callback" would also go with that. I think it still could be related to some kind of enterprise thing. Where did you buy it? If it was a 3rd party seller (i.e., not directly from Samsung, a carrier, or some well-known electronics retailer), then there might be more chance that "new" doesn't mean "absolutely new, direct from the factory."

Thanks, that sounds very plausible. It's a dual-sim model but I have only one SIM card in it. Also I'm pretty sure this ARTA thingy came about recently, or else I'd have noticed the icon (in the APP Drawer, indeed) much sooner. I can only think it came piggybacked with some recently installed app (specifically Outlook, Caiway TV, Sudoku Solver, and Cinema FV-5 Lite). It's probably harmless (or so I hope...) but it being there just annoys me.
