Hi, my Huawei Y6 2017 is stuck on fastboot & rescue mode, how do I solve this?

model is huawei y6 2017. tried multiple methods including the one on hisuite
the phone also doesnt connect to hisuite when connected by a usb cable (the cable is working as checked by another y6 being plugged in and charging)
