Why doesnt my phone habe internet?my

My phone says I'm not hooked up to the internet. And if I do it's the worst service I've ever seen. And the slowest.

Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier? How strong is your signal? Are you getting 4G or 5G, or does it only give you 3G? Are you certain the phone supports your carrier's 4G or 5G bands adequately?
