Over the past couple weeks, my screen often fails to see my touch. I have to hit a button several times and sometimes I give up. I've tried restarting several times, but no change. I've tried different angles and locations around the button to no avail. I'm looking for ideas about what could be causing this behavior. Also wondering if it's an indication of a coming failure.
Can try put phone in safe mode and see if the issue has gone away which will mean 3rd party app or if you have a screen protector take it off and check. Another thing is test your touch in Samsung members app as it has diagnostic functions.
