That sounds like a graphics driver or hardware issue. First go into safe mode and see if it still happens...if it doesn't it's a downloaded app causing the problem, if it still happens it's a system software or hardware problem, which means you'll need to do a factory reset to see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work it's probably something wrong with the phone itself unfortunately
