Has my phone been hacked

[Android Central Question]

If i restart my phone it pops up with a grey box saying omacp is running in backgroud i cant disable or stop it i have two of the same app in apps .. what is it it uses all my battery... also i have no phone credit and i keep getting msgs saying that the msg i tried sending or receive has failed when i didnt try to send one.
