    I have contacted Oculus, but they are not as helpful as I would like. I bought the strap from Best Buy in January 2021, so it's still under warranty. Is this something that I can handle through Best Buy?

    Yes I think that you have to contact the retailer in the first instance. They will then decide what to do.

    Welcome to Android Central! Warranty is usually not taken care of by the store you bought it from. Best Buy would help if it were within 2 weeks or so of purchase, but this far out, I doubt they can help.
