Get out of safe mode

My phone is on safe mode. I can not access some of my apps

Most devices you simply reboot the device to exit out of safe mode.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If you reboot, does it keep going to Safe Mode? If so, it's possible your Volume Down button might be stuck in a pressed state. To get into Safe Mode on many phones, the Vol Down button needs to be pressed during the boot process, so if that button is stuck, it might keep thinking you want to go into Safe Mode every time you reboot the phone.
