I recently got my battery changed in my Samsung a20s and I downloaded Accubattery and it said that my design capacity is 3900mAh but my estimated capacity is only 1163mAh. Did the person put in an old battery and tricked me???!!!!!!

Possibly, or perhaps the battery was old or unofficial.

Welcome to Android Central! I would charge it to 100% and use the phone normally, then see how the battery life is. Wait for a few charging cycles before checking Accubattery again, because the more data that app has, the more accurate it will be.

Go to settings>about phone>battery >this will tell your capacity and can input it in Accubattery then give it few days to calculate few battery cycles

I have usually found replacements are never as good. Probably didn’t use oem equipment.
