Why is there a little guy on my screen

The little guy makes a orange frame and expands my screen why?

That would be the accessibility menu. It can be turned off in Settings (the specific path depends on the device).

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accessibility and look for the option there to turn off the Accessibility Menu shortcut.
