Ihave samsung galaxy S6 edge the charger keeps falling out

Because parts wear out. You could try a new cable but it's more likely that the port has worn out. While the version of Android on that device is still supported to some extent (Play Services is still updated and it's still newer than the oldest OS developers are suggested to support) I'm not sure it's worth it to fix the device.

I would go the other way and suspect the cable is the more likely culprit. That phone uses micro-USB, and those cables have the tiny hook like tabs that are prone to bend bent permanently out of place.

I agree try different cables if still a issue then the port needs to be replaced.
