Does anyone know what app notification this is ?

It’s red letters and it reads PA(heart symbol) CE

Pull down the notification bar and it should tell you what it is. Unless this isn't your phone, in which case you'll have to ask the owner. We don't participate in invading other people's privacy.

I think all heart-shaped notification icons should be banned on Android, so that people don't get stressed out about them.
