Need help might be hacked

[Android Central Question]

I need help might be getting hacked and a black android head figure pops on my screen on top left corner of the notification bar like its peaking then goes down i slid down the bar n was a full blank notification i whent to it and on bettery info had name ( org.actionsanxiety:metrica )
