No SD card directory found

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy Tab S7 Lite. When I use the My Files app, the SD card directory is nowhere to be found. Only 'Internal Storage' is listed. Funny thing is that another app can save files to the SD card directory. How to find it?

Can you post a screenshot of My files app ? It should be like my screenshot? Try this app from play store its another file manager Total commander

Welcome to Android Central! Also keep in mind that some apps will refer to Internal Storage as "SD", which can be pretty confusing.

If you go to Settings>Storage in the system settings, does the SD card show up there?

If there's nothing important on the SD card, then try reformatting the card in your phone.
