How do I remove a estrong.com bug from devices?

[Android Central Question]

Software was downloaded from estrong.com and while a firestick was off, it was still and active device on the network. The firestick was disconnected and blocked, but a windows computer and Samsung phone were linked to the network. Both devices are not getting onto the wifi, but the firestick is able to connect. Should the device still be on the network while the firestick is off? How do I repair the devices that are not connecting? The phone will only connect on cellular, and the laptop will only link with ethernet and chrome is blocked
