    Hi, I am facing problem with Network since last 30-40 days. The network shows full strength but the call and SMS does not work. I am using two sim cards, Jio 4G and Airtel. Jio sometime shows no network and mostly full network without call /sms facility. The Airtel sim switched to 2G network most of the times.     I have tries this also but the problem still remains. Is anyone also facing this problem? If any solution, please help.

    Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried speaking with tech support for those carriers? Maybe try a replacement SIM card.

    Thank you posting my question !

    I have already replaced SIM card and tried. The problem remains un-resolved. These SIM cards works perfectly on other handsets. I have already spoken for Carrier support. They said that your sims are working very well.

    Only things I can think of to try is first make sure the phone supports all of your carrier's frequencies. Can try going to your phone settings and search for "network settings reset." That can refresh your cell radios, but it will also reset other connections and require things like re-pairing Bluetooth devices. If not that, you can try the nuclear option of a factory reset.

    I have no idea if any of those will actually work, but there isn't much more you can do. If this is a botched firmware update from LG, then your only option may be to replace the phone all together. LG has left the phone market, so further updates may be slow coming, if at all.

    Thanks @Mooncatt. I did network reset and the Factory reset. I thing only option left is to visit Service center if any. If I found any positive outcome with the further experiment, I will update here.
