Only things I can think of to try is first make sure the phone supports all of your carrier's frequencies. Can try going to your phone settings and search for "network settings reset." That can refresh your cell radios, but it will also reset other connections and require things like re-pairing Bluetooth devices. If not that, you can try the nuclear option of a factory reset.
I have no idea if any of those will actually work, but there isn't much more you can do. If this is a botched firmware update from LG, then your only option may be to replace the phone all together. LG has left the phone market, so further updates may be slow coming, if at all.
