When traveling with my son we enjoy watching movies on a tablet or listening to music together. When devices still had 3.5mm AUX port this was easy; plug in splitter, plug in headphones and go.
With only a USB C port this is a lot more complicated. Only workable solution I have is to plug in a USB C to 3.5mm AUX adapter, splitter cable and use my old 3.5mm AUX headphones. Would love to have an option to use my USB C headphones while he uses his 3.5mm AUX headphones.

I haven't been able to find any dongle to support this. And, to be greedy, I would also add a USB C PD port for charging on long flights.

Have you considered using Bluetooth headphones to share the music?
