Create Different Voicemails for All Contacts vs Not-in Contact List

Why I need this feature? I am starting a business using my personal phone line and don't want to shock my contacts with a greeting meant for business. I am looking for voicemail option - One voicemail for all the contacts and a Second voicemail for all non-contacts.
I have done bit research on google but most of the solutions are around blocking robo / unwanted calls or creating custom greeting for a specific contact like one from youmail. I need one custom greeting for all contacts

I would suggest using a service like GoogleVoice or RingCentral that allows you a separate line with a separate voicemail.

Agree. Just something to note - the voicemail is actually handled/managed by the carrier and as such does not have any clue who is in your contacts.

Thank you. I will check google voice personal plan first as it seems their business plan is paid and I may not need it as an sole operator of my business.
