lenovo A5000 black screen of death

[Android Central Question]

i wanted to turn on my lenovo A5000 using twezzers to ground on the board because it has no power button as well as the volume up and down button. and i accidentally grounded it wrong and the LED on the back started blinking and when i charged it the LCD does not show any display or just black screen. but it does charged because it vibrates when i connect it to the charger. can anyone help me on what to do without power key button and restoring my LCD display?

Welcome to Android Central! How crucial is this to you? That's a 7 year old phone, and with so many things broken, it's definitely not going to be worth bringing to a repair shop. You backed up all of your important data, right? If I had a phone that was so messed up, I would've made sure to back everything up as soon as possible
