I have a moto Z3 phone that from how I understood it should receive updates. My work email just gave me an error that I need security patch level 2021-2-01. My current security level is still at 2020-9-01 so I am guessing it is outdated. My system updates show up as up to date so not sure what to do next.
Welcome to Android Central! The Z3 was released in 2018, so it stopped getting official updates probably 1-2 years ago. Moto has been terrible with update support for many years now, and even now only promises 2 years of security updates (and only 1 major Android version upgrade) for their flagships.
