What is color UI for Android devices and can it be used for cheating on your spouse

My spouse cannot explain why the caller UI is being used for her Android device and won't go into try to figure it out to help me understand so can it be used for cheating?

You know, any phone can be used for cheating on your spouse, even an old style landline phone. You don't need to dig into the system and look for app names that you don't recognize (i.e., all of them) to figure that out.
