    Often a video embedded in app buffers every few seconds.

    This could be LinkedIn, Twitter, BBC or even a forum such as this

    This doesn't happen on YouTube app (or when viewing YouTube in a browser). Nor is it my WiFi.

    I've tried clearing the cache, but that only slightly improves it

    Any ideas?

    I'm using a Hawaii p20 pro (I think) using android 9.1
