How to set network operators to auto if sim puts it in reboot loop mode?

Hi

I have samsung s10e. It works perfectly fine without a sim. Once a sim card is inserted, it goes into infinite reboot loop. One solution is to change the connections -- mobile data -- network operators into auto. However, network operators is not available without sim card. And with sim card it goes straight to reboot loop. So I can't set the network operators. Can you please assist me to rescue my phone?

Where you seeing infinite reboot loop can u post a screenshot? It won't show network until a sim is inserted which is normal.

Try resetting network settings with the SIM card out.
