10260 using data

[Android Central Question]

I would like to know what 10260 is and why it's using data. I also would like to know how to remove it from my phone. The only place I can find it is under the data usage part. I can't find it in apps or even system apps. I've never seen it on any phones I've ever used and the previous phone was the same exact phone but it didn't have this on it.
