Android a32 boot loop?

So basically its getting to the secured by knox and all that but it just keeps restarting ive tried
flashing the rom and all that but i cant get it to the recovery mode as i cant shut it down it just keeps restarting every time

Get to download mode and flash the stock firmware again don't use home CSC to save data.
